Returns Conditions

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@malofta.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Although we certainly hope there isn’t any damage that has been incurred during the processing and shipping of your Malofta Accessories products, we'll happily assist you if there is. If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please email sales@malofta.com and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you! Each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Unfortunately, monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

Items can only be exchanged if the wrong item was received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
