Please note that you can use our automated chat box to track your items otherwise our support team will be glad to support you.

We are able to ship anywhere worldwide. Orders ship From Monday to Friday.
We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
Shipping times with USPS is typically 3-7 business days for USA delivery, but there are some items that may take up to 10 days to receive. International orders may take between 10-14 business days to be shipped. Please be patient with us during this difficult time.

 

Processing Times

COVID-19 Update - During this time our dispatch/processing time may increase by one business day due to the high demand.
We currently fulfil the majority of orders from our fulfilment centre. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as we can, as we want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.
All orders placed by 12pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 12pm, over weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please Note: Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (back to Malofta Accessories), or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct.

Please remember that delivery time does not include Weekends or Holidays.
